First-person (I, Me, My, We, Us, Our, etc.) and second-person (You, Your, etc.) voices are not acceptable, except in quotations.

The title of the press release needs to have a minimum word count, 8-10 words (excluding prepositions).

The press release needs to meet the minimum length requirement, 320 words.

Content should have a legitimate news angle (announcing something new and/or timely).

Don’t write your press release like an advertisement or a sales letter.
